Responsibilities

  • Research and, if necessary, make payment on urgent past due notices and high priority issues for any account that could be in jeopardy of service shut off.
  • Utilize internal TEOCO systems to document payment activity to ensure accurate financial governance.
  • Utilize specific client systems to gather data that will support decision making.
  • Analyze collected data to determine if emergency payment is required.
  • Conduct Vendor/Supplier outreach, as necessary, plus undertake collaboration with internal teams.
  • Handle root cause analysis and incorporate lessons learned from past incidents.
  • Function as a back-up to management when current manager is out or not available for certain time periods.
  • Provide mentorship to other team members.
  • Assist with documentation of processes and training of new employees as needed.
  • Become a SME in TEOCO, client, and payment partner systems, include querying tools.
  • Demonstrate solid Excel skills.
  • Complete reporting and analysis as directed by management: Weekly Bank Reconciliation Report; Weekly Credit Card Reimbursement Reconciliation; Assign and Monitor the monthly Multiple 911 Report; Weekly Aging EFT Payment Report; Accrual Report Distribution.
  • Successfully interface with payment partner (tickets, queries, hotline, reporting, recurring calls, escalation issues) as needed.
