About The Position

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. 3M is seeking a candidate for 3m Aearo Technologies Newark Delaware. As a Utility Operator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

Requirements

Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
Please note that applicants must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with 3M.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

2 years of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret measuring devices in metric format such as a ruler, tape measure, and drop gauge.

Responsibilities

Pulling, packing and labeling orders per established procedures & customer requirements.
Process orders and inventory paperwork according to established procedures.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
