About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining product flow and relieving team members on the line for breaks and filling in during labor shortages while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. And any other tasks assigned by member of management.

Requirements

• Demonstrates strong listening skills
• Follows directions accurately
• Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals
• Demonstrates working knowledge of at least 85% of the job functions, processes, and responsibilities within the department
• Must have three (3) points or fewer and maintain three (3) points or fewer according to the UKG attendance policy
• Must complete their 90-day probationary period to be eligible
• No suspension in the previous 12 months will be considered
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
