About The Position

Iron Oak Energy, a leading provider of proppant to the oil and gas industry, is seeking a dynamic Night Shift Utility Operator to join their Operations team at the Tunnel City, WI location. This role involves working in a safe manner, adhering to all safety rules and regulations, and performing various physical tasks in a harsh quarry environment. The successful candidate will be trained to operate stationary and mobile equipment and must be capable of working in all weather conditions while wearing required personal protective equipment.

Requirements

Must be able to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years of experience required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of operating industrial sand plants, mobile equipment or maintenance practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

Work in a safe manner and abide by all Iron Oak Energy and MSHA safety rules, regulations, and best practices.
Be physically capable of performing job duties of a Utility Position, which include but are not limited to: walking on uneven ground and up and down hills, climbing ladders and working at height, wearing a respirator, safety harness, safety glasses, hard hat and other Personnel Protective Equipment.
Work in year-round outdoor conditions which include hot, cold and wet weather.
Push, pull, lift and carry 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
Shovel on a continuous basis.
Be capable of being trained to operate stationary and mobile equipment in a harsh quarry environment.
Read and understand safety warnings, safety procedures and written Job Instructions.
Complete other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
