About The Position

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Utility Operator C to package charcoal briquettes. Packaging line workers rotate among different positions on the packaging line, including stacking, folding, and diverting bags. The work takes place in an open packaging area and may involve repetitive movements and exposure to varying weather and temperature conditions. Requirements

• Ability to meet the stated packaging production requirements: fill bags at 85% of standard and pack at least 3 boxes per minute.
• Ability to stack cartons to the required pallet quantity and configuration within the allotted time.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling as necessary.
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions in an open packaging area.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Package charcoal briquettes.
• Perform different packaging-line tasks, including stacking, folding, and diverting bags.
• Identify and remove foreign material from product.
• Fill bags at 85% of standard and pack at least 3 boxes per minute.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Identify quality issues.
• Stack cartons to the required pallet quantity and configuration within the allotted time.
