About The Position
This position is responsible for assisting daily responsibilities throughout a department to accomplish production requirements, relieving team members for breaks and assisting in departmental training programs while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Disqualifiers are the following; o 6 attendance points o Any suspension on record for the last 12 months. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
