About The Position

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery has a full-time Utility Operator 2 opening on a 12-hour overnight shift, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., following a 4-on-4-off rotation. The position works as part of a team in an advanced-level capacity and is cross-trained across several production roles. Utility Operators serve as lead operators of equipment such as cheese-making and whey-drying equipment, with a direct impact on operations and product quality. Cross-training provides variety across multiple pieces of equipment.

The starting rate is $30.15 per hour, with a 7–10% night differential added to base pay. Employees are eligible for increases every six months during their first two years. Responsibilities

• Operate as a Cheese Maker/Cook Dryer Operator once trained.
• Operate as an Evaporator Operator once trained.
• Operate as a Filtration Operator once trained.
• Operate as a Separator Operator once trained.
• Lead operation of production equipment, including cheese-making and whey-drying equipment.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Provide guidance to trainees and co-workers.
• Ensure records are maintained accurately and properly.
