12-Hour Night Shift Operator

About The Position

Kreate is hiring an hourly associate to operate injection molding machines and produce quality products that meet production standards for shipment to end consumers. This is a permanent third-shift role working 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on a 2-2-3 schedule, with every other weekend off. There is no opportunity to move to a different shift. Starting pay is $20 per hour, with a pay increase every six months. The position reports to the shift process technician. Reliable transportation and strong attendance at previous jobs are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, including long periods of standing.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes regularly.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong attendance at previous jobs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard.
• Visually inspect and sort items to ensure they are defect-free.
• Prepare products by deburring and cleaning them to meet product standards.
• Inspect and pack products according to the standard.
• Clean, organize, and maintain the work area and equipment.
• Provide accurate production reports and scrap counts at the end of the shift.
• Communicate important job information with the previous shift.
• Communicate issues to team leaders and supervisors.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
