About The Position

Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery is seeking full-time Utility Operators for its first shift, 12-hour day shift (6 am-6 pm) positions. This role offers a starting rate of $30.15 per hour, with a 7-10% night differential added to the base pay. The schedule operates on a 4-on-4-off rotation. Employees are eligible for pay increases every six months for the first two years. This position involves working as part of a team in an advanced capacity, with cross-training in several production roles. The Utility Operator will be responsible for running equipment such as cheese-making and whey-drying equipment, directly impacting operations and quality. Utility operators are cross-trained to operate multiple pieces of equipment, providing variety in their roles.

Requirements

• Demonstrated solid judgment abilities.
• Work flexibility is a must, including the willingness to work overtime on occasion.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour day shift with a 4-on-4-off rotation.
• Must be able to work overtime on occasion.

Nice To Haves

• Cross-trained in several production positions.
• Experience as a lead operator.
