This position involves inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling pumps, machinery, electrical equipment, piping, meters, and related mechanical equipment used in the City's facilities and systems. The role also includes operating heavy maintenance and automotive equipment for public works infrastructure. This role can be filled as either a Utility Mechanic I or II, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The Utility Mechanic II position requires a Distribution III License and a CDL.
