About The Position

Euro-Wall LLC is looking for a Utility Material Handler to join our Operations team in Northport, FL. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll help keep materials, production, and shipping moving smoothly every day. We're looking for someone who is organized, safety-minded, dependable, and comfortable working in a warehouse, production, and outdoor yard environment. You'll be cross-trained across receiving, inventory, material pulls, shipping, and yard operations, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to accurately read purchase orders, work orders, pick lists, and packing slips
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable and safety-focused
  • Willingness to work overtime when production or shipping needs require it

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Combi-lift experience is a plus
  • Class B CDL is desired
  • Experience driving trucks and maneuvering trailers is preferred
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred
  • Odoo or similar inventory/data-entry system experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming materials, components, and hardware and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
  • Enter receipts, transfers, picks, and inventory adjustments into the ERP system
  • Stock materials in the correct warehouse and stockroom locations
  • Maintain organized, accurate bin and rack locations
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory
  • Pull materials for production orders and deliver materials to production lines on schedule
  • Return unused materials to the proper locations and update inventory records
  • Build and load crates and package finished jobs for shipment
  • Load trucks and trailers according to daily shipping requirements
  • Operate forklifts, combi-lifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
  • Safely operate company trucks to transport materials, equipment, or finished goods when needed
  • Maneuver and spot loaded trailers in the yard and at dock doors
  • Hook and unhook trailers and safely manage trailer brakes, landing gear, and dock locks
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Keep warehouse, stockroom, dock, staging, and production areas clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Shipping, Logistics, and Management teams
  • Assist with other warehouse, logistics, and material-handling duties as needed
