About The Position

In this role, you will manage and perform work that includes vendor management and troubleshooting utility facility/equipment/manufacturing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS preferred or equivalent, relevant experience
  • 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in utility facilities management, construction, engineering and project management
  • 3 to 6+ years of experience leading a team and managing processes
  • Committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data
  • Proficient at reviewing blueprints, schematics, technical manuals and other related documents
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support entire production team and work with HQ

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the functioning, maintenance and repair of all utility systems through vendor management.
  • Provide technical information, engineering support and/or project management in the area of capacity and utility facilities planning and modification
  • Select and coordinate with contractors and vendors for revamping and new construction projects
  • Manage activities of a team, including setting objectives, managing results, and evaluating/coaching individual performance
  • Coordinate maintenance work requests and purchase tools and materials for maintenance team use
  • Monitor and review all documented records produced during construction project.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
