About The Position

Arcadis is seeking a Utility Management Lead to join their team in the Southeast US. In this position, the lead will oversee a team of utility coordinators and manage the utility management process for roadway and other infrastructure improvement projects. The team will be responsible for technical and coordination activities including identifying existing utility locations, potential conflicts, supporting avoidance activities, and assisting with adjustments, relocations, and new installations as needed for transportation projects. The lead may also directly oversee coordination on key projects and collaborate with transportation design teams regarding utility locations and impacts.

Requirements

Associates or relevant technical degree
15 or more years of experience in utility coordination or related fields
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
Thorough understanding of Georgia DOT’s Utility Accommodation Policy and Standards
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Experience with utility coordination on GDOT or local County projects

Responsibilities

Lead a team of utility coordinators.
