About The Position

The Utility – Summer Intern position provides general support for maintenance and upkeep of Plant 4. This role is responsible for assisting with facility improvements, general labor tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Interns will work under direct supervision and gain valuable hands-on experience in an industrial setting.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Competence in basic technology

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, cleaning, and organizing workspaces.
• Operate basic equipment such as pressure washers and weed trimmers to maintain facility grounds.
• Assist with landscaping duties such as weeding, debris removal, and general upkeep of Facility.
• Support cleaning efforts inside the facility, including sweeping, power washing, and debris removal.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed by supervisors and plant personnel.
