About The Position
The Utility/Hospitality role is based at the Westlake Facility and is scheduled Fridays and Saturdays from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. The position supports facility security, emergency response, grounds and building upkeep, equipment and materials handling, linen and waste services, event setups, and routine maintenance. It is a non-exempt role.
Requirements
- Read and write English proficiently.
- Carry out instructions.
- Provide an active driver’s license.
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Comply with the Annual Flu Shot Policy or provide exemption documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform building and grounds security checks.
- Investigate security incidents and complete appropriate documentation.
- Respond to crisis intervention, emergency preparedness situations, alarms, and related matters.
- Maintain sidewalks and building entrances, including snow removal and spreading ice melt.
- Perform tasks associated with the Durable Medical Equipment Program.
- Remove all trash, including hazardous waste.
- Receive and deliver materials to appropriate locations.
- Stock linen and remove soiled linen.
- Prepare routine and special event setups.
- Respond to maintenance and repair requests.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
