About The Position

The Utility III position is an overcrew position that fills in for positions up to and including Paygrade 5 within a department. The position may also assist other departments with staffing needs. Employees in the Labor Pool job family must be willing to perform a variety of operational tasks, including knife work, packing, palletizing, machine operation, and miscellaneous tasks.
