About The Position
This position will be responsible for filling any daily staffing needs in the Further Processing area. Utility will report to production management at the beginning of each shift and await job assignment. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE 3 MONTHS Operator experience within the last 12 months documented within your applications work history and/or resume. Can be a combination of employers as long as it is within the past 12 months or your application will not be reviewed.
Responsibilities
- Ability to perform a variety of production and support roles within the assigned department
- Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment as needed
- Ability to complete Tyson paperwork accurately
- Ability to communicate with plant management, supervisors, and other team members in person and via radio
- Ability to provide relief breaks and cover staffing needs as assigned
- Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards
