About The Position

Maintain the cleaning of all building’s interior & exterior windows, power washing of roofs/sidewalks & facades, carpet cleaning, floor waxing and deep cleaning of hotels public areas. Will be required to be tied off from roof to wash exteriors windows using RO/DI washing system. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Engineering.

Requirements

• Heavy lifting required and ability to work on ladders, lifts, and roofs.
• General knowledge of technical fields, i.e., power washing, using small hand tools, operating of a carbon fiber RO/DI washing system.
• May require ability to drive a gas powered utility vehicle.
• A professional presentation.
• An ability to work in a team atmosphere and make independent decisions.
• Requires excellent communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior window washing throughout the resort.
• Perform carpet cleaning in both public space and guest rooms.
• Perform power washing of building façade, sidewalks and roofs.
• Perform floor waxing.
• Maintain proper records of the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and the Second Request Program.
• Maintain safe requirements at all times, report safety hazards.
