Responsibilities

  • Own the look, feel, and freshness of assigned properties, ensuring common areas and shared spaces shine.
  • Perform detailed cleanings to elevate spaces to high standards, including spotless floors, gleaming surfaces, and fresh scents.
  • Maintain laundry rooms, hallways, and entryways with consistent weekly cleanings.
  • Keep spaces fresh, inviting, and pleasant.
  • Travel between multiple properties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Take initiative to improve areas without being prompted.
  • Identify and address details like fingerprints on glass and dust on vents promptly.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks that support the larger team when needed.
  • Greet residents professionally and make them feel at home through clean spaces and friendly interactions.
  • Manage time and tasks efficiently using scheduling tools and team software.
  • Stay calm, think critically, and find solutions when things don't go as planned.
  • Ensure tidy entryways, dust-free trim, and clean laundry rooms.
