Utility Bills (Paid Data Task, Remote, Contract)
About The Position
This is a paid, remote task in the Kled app. Contributors upload their own original utility bill files for review and are paid per accepted submission. There is no interview or minimum-hours requirement, and the task is available worldwide in 100+ countries on the contributor’s own schedule. This is independent-contractor piecework, not an employment position. Each submission is reviewed, and contributors opt in to a commercial training license for each upload; accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs. To complete the task, find or download an electricity, water, internet, or phone bill on an iPhone, select the original file in the Files app, make sure the charges table is readable, and upload it. Do not submit only the summary page, a photograph of a screen, or a bill addressed to someone else. Payment is $0.60 per accepted bill, with payouts made in the app through PayPal, Venmo, or a Solana wallet. Up to 100 bills may be submitted per upload.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later; the Kled app is currently iPhone-only.
- Have the original bill file, downloaded from the app or portal that issued it.
- Submit the contributor’s own full bill as an original file, with a readable charges table.
Responsibilities

- Upload the full original bill file, ensuring it is the contributor’s own bill and not just a summary page or screen photograph.
- Follow the task instructions and submit files for review.
