Rental Agreements (Paid Data Task, Remote, Contract)
About The Position
This is a paid task in the Kled app, not an employment position. Participants submit one complete rental or lease agreement that they signed, with every page uploaded in order, clause markers, and a paragraph describing what the agreement does. Each submission is reviewed, and participants opt in to a commercial training license for each upload; accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs. The task is available remotely in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, on the participant’s own schedule. There is no interview or minimum-hours requirement. Pay is $7.50 per accepted agreement, with payouts made in the app through PayPal, Venmo, or a Solana wallet. Submissions that do not follow the rules are not paid.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have an iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later; the Kled app is currently iPhone-only.
- Have the original agreement file downloaded from the app or portal that issued it.
- Submit a complete rental or lease agreement that you signed, with every page in order, clause markers, and a written summary.
- Do not submit a sample or template agreement.
- Do not submit anything you are contractually barred from sharing.
- Do not copy the agreement’s preamble as the summary.
Responsibilities
- Complete identity verification.
- Find the original rental or lease agreement file that you signed.
- Upload every page of the agreement from the Files app, in order.
- Mark where the main clauses begin.
- Write one paragraph explaining what the agreement does.
- Follow the task instructions in the app and submit the agreement for review.
