About The Position

Utility B must be able to satisfactorily perform the following essential job responsibilities. This role involves receiving instructions from Leads, operating under supervision, and providing support to different departments through tasks such as clicking, tapping, trimming, and packing. The position also requires operating drill presses and grinders, and assisting with other departments as necessary.

Requirements

• Ability to work with a variety of warehouse/manufacturing tools
• Basic math knowledge which includes the use of measuring tools
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Able to push, carry, lift, and move materials up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work while walking/standing for extended periods of time
• Able to walk across a production facility.
• Typical production environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Familiar with power tools and hand tools
• Experience with standard inspection equipment

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification a plus
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
