In this role you will: Manage the service or sale of a portfolio of accounts. Estimate and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Identify and contacts potential new customers, and handles their individual needs. Assist customers entering or calling the store with respect to technical support, locating material, and handling all aspects of the order generation. Coordinate with the Director of Utility in providing support to outside sales staff, generating entering quotes, expediting purchase orders, working sales calling queues and working month end open order reports. Download and compile spec sheets for project business and day to day product clarification. Some travel with possible overnight stay may be required to attend offsite training at distributor training events and or meetings. The overnight stays will be very minimal. Candidate will perform various duties in a branch location to ensure all customers receive technical assistance, proper merchandise, and excellent customer service, primarily over the telephone or internet. Predict future market trends and develops new sales ideas. Set and tracks sales account targets, keeping aligned with company objectives. Interpret accounts and records to management. May attend trade shows and conferences.
