About The Position

The Utilities Infrastructure Project Manager (Wastewater) delivers Havenpark’s wastewater infrastructure projects, including wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, tanks, and drainage, on budget and by their budgeted completion dates. The role owns assigned projects from scope definition through closeout and manages engineers and contractors through completion. The wastewater portfolio currently includes about 53 open projects totaling $9.5 million. The position is accountable for completing projects; community managers and Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) are kept informed and partner on access and communication but are not responsible for completing the work. The Sr. Utilities Program Manager sets priorities and selects projects, and owns compliance, operators, and utility emergency response, allowing this role to focus on project delivery. For critical projects and other work requiring engineering for design and construction, the Project Manager manages engineers and holds them accountable to scope, schedule, and cost. The role reinforces Havenpark’s values and purpose-driven culture of creating caring communities. The position is primarily office-based, with project-site visits as needed and travel expected about once per quarter to visit large projects, plus occasional additional travel for meetings. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check. Havenpark may use AI tools to support parts of hiring, but final hiring decisions are made by humans.
