About The Position
The Little League World Series event in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, is looking to hire Ushers for the period of August 19, 2026, to August 30, 2026. This position requires individuals with an outgoing, friendly, and inclusive personality who enjoy working with the public and have the stamina to stand for long periods while providing a great guest experience. Ushers will work two games per shift, either in Volunteer Stadium or Lamade Stadium. Volunteer Stadium shifts generally begin at 11:00 AM and end after the 5:00 PM game, while Lamade Stadium shifts generally begin at 1:00 PM and end after the 7:00 PM game. The role involves providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, assisting them with seating, answering questions, and prioritizing safety by enforcing stadium rules and policies.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit, or 18 years of age and older.
- Must reside within commuting distance of South Williamsport, PA, and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Must bring a positive attitude and strong customer service skills when interacting with guests from around the world.
- Expected to work well as part of a team and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Required to arrive on time consistently for all scheduled shifts.
- Needs to stay calm and respond effectively during emergency situations.

Responsibilities
