About The Position
Little League International is seeking Courtesy Shuttle Drivers to support the Little League World Series. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, driving, and want to be part of an iconic youth sports event. The position offers $12 per hour and flexible scheduling options. Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting guests throughout the Little League complex in minivans, SUVs, or multi-passenger golf carts, acting as ambassadors for the event by providing information and ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting passengers and directing traffic.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Successfully complete all required background checks.
- Must have at least 5+ years of driving experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation within commuting distance to South Williamsport, PA.
- Must be available for most dates between August 19, 2026 - August 30, 2026.
- Demonstrated ability to drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Must be able to endure standing extended periods in hot weather while effectively and safely managing the movement of guests at specific locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to create a welcoming experience for all guests.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to follow directions accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent vision, hearing, and reflexes to ensure safe vehicle operation.
Responsibilities
- Safely transporting guests in a timely and courteous manner using minivans, SUVs, or multi-passenger golf carts throughout the Little League complex.
- Greeting and welcoming all guests professionally, serving as ambassadors for the Little League World Series.
- Providing helpful information to guests and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assisting passengers with boarding when needed.
- Directing traffic successfully amongst the complex.
