About The Position

Prepares theater seating areas for guests prior to their arrival. Provides information regarding showtimes, seating, and other activities. Assists guests using strollers, wheelchairs, etc.

Requirements

• Able to anticipate the needs of guests entering the theater area in a way that does not offend them.
• Able to resolve guests' concerns in the most courteous and expedient manner possible while staying in accordance with company policy.
• Must communicate well while thinking clearly and objectively under all circumstances.
• Capable of a full range of body movement and be capable of moving freely among the guests.
• Able to speak, read and write in English.
• May be required to be fluent in a designated foreign language.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must submit your CURRENT semester's class schedule (WEEKLY VIEW) and resume.
• Must exemplify the university Honor Code, including the Dress and Grooming Principles and Expectations.
