Requirements

Applicable customer service skills working with a diverse set of customers
Ability to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skills
Ability to learn and work within systems such as MS Office, ticketing software, and other company software
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group communications, and instant messaging
Ability to handle difficult situations and sensitive information with care and professionalism
Professional and friendly demeanor
Committed to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Background check required

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
Greet and assist patrons with locating their seats
Assist guests with complaints or problems
Provide assistance to patrons utilizing ADA seating
Communicate clearly with staff, patrons, vendors and clients about day-of-event needs
Assist with venue set up, per the direction of the event organizer
Assist with emptying trash cans and general clean up
Maintain an understanding of the venue Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow accordingly
Follow company protocol as communicated by venue management
All other duties as assigned
