About The Position

Aerosoles Footwear is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven User Systems Support Analyst for its New York operations team. The role serves as an operational link between supply chain, production, sales channels (D2C, wholesale, and dropship), and the Infor M3 ERP system. The analyst troubleshoots daily operational bottlenecks, audits master data integrity, and supports consistent use of cross-functional standard operating procedures. The position requires familiarity with footwear or apparel supply chains, inventory accounting, dropship and EDI integrations, and functional ERP systems experience. The analyst works with business users and cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues, improve system reliability and user experience, and prepare operations for new sales-channel launches. The role is fully onsite Monday through Friday in the company’s NYC offices.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, ERP data management, or inventory control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, and pivot tables.
  • Ability to translate complex business rules and intercompany logistics into clear, repeatable processes for non-technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills, with the patience and firmness to enforce compliance across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the footwear, apparel, or consumer goods industry.
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system such as Infor M3, A2000, or SAP, including item master setup, purchasing, inventory management, and order management modules.
  • Familiarity with EDI or dropship and marketplace integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and audit Infor M3 master data, including Fineline/subclass configurations, HTS codes, NRF code uploads, and vendor duty and freight parameter tables.
  • Ensure new products and vendors are set up correctly before transactions to prevent purchase order failures and calculation errors.
  • Work with production and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory valuation, landed-cost calculations, and UPC mapping for major accounts.
  • Resolve process-versus-system ambiguities across D2C, wholesale, and dropship channels as the primary operational escalation point.
  • Develop, document, and train internal teams on operational workflows, including procedures for dropship flags, intercompany transactions, and warehouse routing.
  • Partner with production and sales teams to ensure operational readiness before new channel launches.
  • Investigate and remediate inventory discrepancies, including 846 inventory error reports and incorrect dropship style flags.
  • Determine whether supply chain issues result from system glitches or user-process errors and correct root causes.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for operational questions to reduce ad-hoc escalations to senior leadership.
  • Develop an understanding of core business processes and how they are executed in Infor M3.
  • Work with business users to understand operational requirements and resolve process-related issues.
  • Identify user knowledge, system configuration, or procedural gaps that contribute to recurring problems.
  • Collaborate with IT, functional teams, and business stakeholders to improve system reliability and user experience.
