About The Position

Join our team as we build the future. As part of the team, you will maintain two legacy systems and build the new system that will combines their functionality. Put your development skills to the test and work as part of a SAFe Agile team. You will solicit requirements from the client that will shape user stories, create wire frame mock-ups, create wire frames, and hand off for development of mission-critical capabilities.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in UI/UX roles
Experience designing intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications
Experience conducting user research, developing personas, and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Experience in tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
Ability to understand user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills for presenting design concepts and gathering feedback
Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX projects and measurable impact on user satisfaction
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience in Java libraries, including MongoDB, Spring, and OSGi
Experience with Perl, Python, Lua, and NGINX
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and team-oriented environment and balance long- and short-term taskings
