About The Position

A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services. The User Interface SME will be the UI team lead.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to plan and deliver technical solutions independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• 10+ years of software/web development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies.
• 5+ years of ASP.Net C# MVC based web development experience using Visual Studio 2019 or higher.
• 5+ years of experience with Application or Enterprise Search. ElasticSearch / AWS’s OpenSearch experience a plus.
• Experience in configuration management of a cloud HA OpenSearch Cluster with 10+ nodes.
• 5+ years of decoupled application development leveraging Message Queuing.
• 2+ years of React.JS or Angular JS experience.
• 1+ years of ASP.Net Core experience using Visual Studio 2019.
• Must have a Secret clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.
• Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special-effects elements.
• Contributes to the design group's efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organization's online offerings.
• Designs the website to support the organization's strategies and goals relative to external communications.
• Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
• Manages daily tasking and priorities, participates in scheduled team meetings, and assesses requirements for software and database development needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
