About The Position

Brillio is seeking a User Experience (UX) - Architect to drive the end-to-end user experience and design process, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and user-centric digital products. This role involves leading requirement gathering, conducting user research, defining UX strategy, evaluating usability, and designing and prototyping user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual and interaction design principles and experience with AI tools for synthesizing research data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Application, Engineering (any) or related field plus three (3) years of IT experience.
  • Three (3) years of IT experience must include experience in HTML and RWD (Responsive Web Design).
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv) we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv) earned through any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as determined by a professional evaluation service.
  • All experience may be acquired concurrently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT) for synthesizing user research data, generating interview scripts, and aiding in strategic UX copy drafting.

Responsibilities

  • Driving the end-to-end user experience and design process, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and user-centric digital products.
  • Leading Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Facilitating client's product visions by conducting experience design workshops (Discovery & Design Workshop), collaborating to define project scope, and refining end-user requirements.
  • Conducting User Research: Planning and executing in-depth user research, including user interviews, voice-of-customer sessions, and usability testing to document user needs, validate experience design requirements, and inform design improvements.
  • Defining UX Strategy: Architecting intuitive digital experiences by creating website sitemaps, application screen flows, storyboards, and user flow diagrams based on research data and content strategy.
  • Defining User Personas: Developing detailed user personas and using AI models (Gemini, ChatGPT) for synthesizing user research data, generating interview scripts, and aiding in strategic UX copy drafting.
  • Evaluating Usability: Conducting Heuristic Evaluation and Cognitive Walkthroughs on existing products to identify design problems and proactively identifying and resolving interface issues via validation and testing.
  • Designing and Prototyping: Conceptualizing, wireframing (Low/High Fidelity), sketching, prototyping, and mocking up end-to-end user experiences for responsive web and mobile digital products in a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Defining Visual and Interaction Design: Defining the visual design language, creating UI Style Guides, and providing complex Interaction Design solutions that fulfill user needs and surpass client expectations.
