Requirements

Minimum 3 years of work experience
Advanced proficiency in React.js
100% onsite client work in Bentonville AR
High School Diploma or GED

Advanced proficiency in User Interface Development
Intermediate proficiency in Usability Design and React Native

Responsibilities

Translate design concepts into prototype solutions efficiently while balancing technical feasibility and design intent.
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
Provide solutions to work-related problems.
Collaborate closely with design and development teams to refine user experience prototypes and ensure alignment with project goals.
Analyze user feedback and technical constraints to iterate and improve prototype solutions effectively.
Contribute to the documentation of design and development processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Identify opportunities to enhance user interaction and interface performance through innovative engineering approaches.
Support team members by sharing insights and best practices related to user experience and interface development.
