About The Position

The User Access Management Analyst is responsible for the implementation, security, maintenance, and access administration of Information Security managed technologies, including access controls across various distributed platforms. The role focuses on Identity Administration and Access Governance. The analyst is required to understand, adhere to, and enforce departmental and Corporate Security standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Associates degree, or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience required
  • Minimum 2 years healthcare business processes acumen/operational knowledge
  • UTIL exposure
  • Advanced Active Directory and user account management knowledge
  • Intermediate business productivity software knowledge
  • Advanced comprehensive documentation ability
  • Advanced handling of difficult/angry customers
  • Flexibility to influence people at all levels
  • Advanced ability to coordinate methods, techniques and evaluation of criteria across organizational silos in order to obtain optimal results
  • Exceptional oral/written communication and presentation abilities

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years call center experience preferred
