We’re actively seeking a talented User Access Management (UAM) Analyst who will be responsible for day-to-day execution of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modification activities across enterprise platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for the security of our systems and data, assisting with controlling and supporting these resources to ensure the right people have access to the right resources at the right times. You will also collaborate and coordinate with end users within all Pacific Life divisions and business lines, other technologists and support staff to ensure service level agreements are met while keeping compliance and conformance to standards as top of mind. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the UAM services by showcasing the customer experience, productivity, accuracy/quality, and resiliency. We’re actively seeking a talented UAM Analyst to join our User Access Management team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a hybrid role, working in the office 4 days per week/1 day remote. Standard business hours with rotating off hours on-call support.
