About The Position

Baierl Ford, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is searching for talented Used Car Technicians. Our Used Car Department is busier than ever, and we need experienced Service Technicians to get our used cars front line ready. The Used Car industry is seeing tremendous growth, and Baierl Ford is setting the growth standard! We are looking for individuals with the experience to perform maintenance & repairs on all makes and models, who may be working for an independent repair facility or franchise and would like to work in a dealership environment. This role offers endless earning potential with over 200 used cars sold per month, the ability to work with state-of-the-art equipment and training, and the opportunity to grow within the organization. Requirements

• Experience repairing all makes and models
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
