Requirements

• Sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles from private sellers, service customers, online leads, and other acquisition channels.
• Evaluate vehicles using market data, vehicle history reports, and condition assessments.
• Present competitive purchase offers and negotiate acquisitions.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with leads promptly.
• Stay informed on market trends, vehicle values, and inventory needs.
