Requirements
- Minimum of one years’ successful sales experience, with inside sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering top-notch service
Nice To Haves
- A CDL license is not required but is a valued asset
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through proactive calls and personalized service
- Assist customers in planning and projecting their used truck needs
- Grow our customer base by seeking out new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
- Promote and sell warranties to protect their investments
- Handle sales transactions, contracts, and customer orders with professionalism
- Address and resolve any customer questions or concerns
