About The Position

You’ll help shape the growth and performance of our used equipment operations across multiple branches. From managing inventory strategy to supporting operational improvements and customer relationships, your leadership will help create consistency, efficiency, and long-term success. Your ability to collaborate, solve problems, and support teams in the field will play a key role in helping Briggs continue delivering dependable solutions our customers trust.

Requirements

• Experience leading operations within material handling, equipment, service, or related industrial environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and locations
• Financial and operational acumen with confidence managing inventory, analyzing performance, and driving improvement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with progressive leadership experience in used equipment or capital asset management preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch leadership to drive used equipment growth, operational excellence, and business performance across assigned locations
• Manage used equipment inventory, including pricing, quoting, reconditioning timelines, and overall asset strategy
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers, vendors, service partners, and internal teams to support customer and operational needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and support ongoing business growth
