Requirements

• Proven automotive technician experience is required
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• 18 years or older with a clean driving record
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Used vehicle reconditioning experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of pre-owned vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic concerns
• Use advanced diagnostic skills to efficiently identify and resolve issues
• Complete necessary repairs and maintenance to bring vehicles to frontline-ready condition
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet reconditioning timelines and inventory goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, services, and inspections
• Adhere to all safety standards, dealership policies, and manufacturer guidelines
