About The Position

This role involves recruiting, training, and retaining top sales talent, setting performance standards, understanding the market to develop inventory strategies, and fostering strong relationships with the fixed operations department. The ideal candidate will lead the department to consistently surpass goals and empower employees to achieve maximum performance.

Requirements

At least two years of automotive retail sales experience.
Possess proven leadership and management tangible and intangible skills to train, develop and retain top talent.
Professional appearance.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to present orally to a public audience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Proven customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
