About The Position
Horne Mazda Tempe is expanding with an ALL-NEW Used Car Reconditioning Department, and we are looking for experienced automotive technicians to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for Used Car Reconditioning Technicians and Used Car Reconditioning Diagnostic Technicians. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established recon operation and help build the department from the ground up. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in their work, have strong diagnostic and repair skills, and are interested in growing their automotive careers.
Requirements
- Experienced automotive technicians
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on used vehicles
- Diagnose and repair automotive mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete vehicles according to dealership reconditioning standards
- Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Work efficiently to meet reconditioning department goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate repair needs and vehicle status with the recon team
