About The Position
Volvo Cars Brooklyn is looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join their team. They are seeking talented, detail-oriented, and dedicated professionals who are personable, energetic, of high integrity, and with a proven track record to take the next step in their automotive career.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of training and developing sales consultants within a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license
- Pre-employment background check is required
Nice To Haves
- Previous high line automotive management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation.
- Handle the appraisals, purchases and wholesales of our preowned and trade in vehicles.
- Complete CPO reconditioning of the preowned vehicles for retail sales.
- Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for the purpose of making improvements as required or needed.
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
