About The Position
KEFFER VW is looking for an experienced Used Car Manager who can also effectively work the desk as a Sales Manager. We are seeking a driven automotive professional with strong leadership, inventory management, and desking experience to help lead our growing team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Used Car Manager and/or Sales Manager
- Strong desking and deal-structuring experience
- Proven track record in automotive sales leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with vAuto preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of used vehicle inventory
- Appraise trades and purchase vehicles
- Work deals and desk sales team
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
- Utilize market data and pricing tools to maintain competitive inventory
- Train and motivate sales staff
- Partner with lenders and finance team to secure approvals
- Ensure strong merchandising and inventory turn
