About The Position

Envision Motors of Milpitas is seeking an experienced and dynamic Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition, merchandising, and sales of used vehicles while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and achieving financial targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of used car market trends, pricing strategies, and inventory control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports and drive profitability.
Familiarity with automotive CRM software and inventory management systems.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work in Milpitas, CA and flexible to work hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the used car department to meet sales and profitability goals.
Oversee vehicle acquisition, inventory management, and merchandising strategies.
Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve individual and departmental performance objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and marketing strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments to maximize overall dealership performance.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements associated with used vehicle sales.
Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold high standards of customer service.
