Summary: The Vehicle Acquisition BDC Specialist is responsible for handling inbound consumer leads from Kelley Blue Book, CarGurus, and other digital buying platforms from customers interested in selling or trading their vehicle. The primary focus of this role is to engage with vehicle sellers, gather accurate vehicle information, and convert inbound interest into scheduled appraisal appointments for the used car buying team. This is a BDC-style role focused on vehicle acquisition , not retail vehicle sales. This position plays a key role in growing used vehicle inventory and improving lead efficiency. The Vehicle Acquisition BDC Specialist is expected to deliver a professional, transparent customer experience while using CRM and lead management tools to track, follow up, and convert buying leads. Ongoing training is provided on systems, call handling, and buying workflow.
