The Service Lane Vehicle Buyer is responsible for growing used vehicle inventory by engaging current service customers and identifying opportunities to purchase vehicles directly from owners while they are in the service drive. This role focuses on building rapport with guests already visiting the dealership for service, starting natural conversations about vehicle value and selling options, and guiding customers through the appraisal and purchase process. This is an on-site, customer-facing acquisition role that partners closely with the service department and used car management.
