About The Position

As a Used Automotive Internal Advisor at Tucson Subaru, you will be a key behind-the-scenes force, supporting the award-winning used car department. This role involves ensuring efficient operations by managing repair orders, assisting with trade-ins, and collaborating closely with both the Used Car Sales Manager and Recon Manager. Your primary goal will be to ensure every pre-owned vehicle meets Tucson Subaru’s high standards of quality and presentation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and attention to detail within a fast-paced automotive environment, and who understands the used car pipeline. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in an automotive environment is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the used car sales process and vehicle repairs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Open and close repair orders (ROs) for the used car department in a timely and accurate manner
• Inspect trade-in vehicles each morning, assessing their condition and making necessary recommendations
• Write clear and engaging used car ads that highlight key features of each vehicle and attract potential buyers
• Work closely with the used car sales manager and recon manager to develop accurate repair estimates for vehicles in the used car inventory
• File paperwork related to vehicle transactions, repairs, and other used car department activities in an organized and efficient manner
• Maintain an organized and clutter-free work environment to ensure smooth daily operations within the used car department
