Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic with a self-motivated and ambitious mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Clean driving record
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Be able to pass a drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process by helping them find the perfect Subaru to meet their lifestyle and needs
  • Negotiate and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
  • Stay knowledgeable about Subaru products, features, financing options, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and follow-ups
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented environment that values teamwork and customer focus
