About The Position

Kodland is an international online school that helps children aged 8-17 develop digital skills through live 1:1 or small-group Zoom classes. The school's mission is to foster confident, curious thinkers who are comfortable with technology and problem-solving. This role involves delivering online trial lessons, understanding student needs, recommending appropriate programs, and assisting families with enrollment decisions.

Requirements

• Clear, confident spoken English that US parents can easily follow.
• A laptop/PC with a working webcam and mic.
• Stable internet for smooth video calls.
• A quiet space to work with your camera on.
• 20-25 hours per week available during peak hours (weekday US afternoons/evenings + weekend days).
• Genuinely enjoy talking with both kids and parents.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching.
• Experience working with kids and/or parents.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 online trial lessons.
• Understand each child's needs, interests, and goals.
• Recommend the right Kodland program based on observations.
• Help families make a confident enrollment decision.
• Build rapport with children and parents.
• Lead short, hands-on activities using ready-made materials.
• Answer questions and address concerns.
• Think on your feet and lead the conversation during trial lessons.
• Manage administrative hours.
